No life. No lunch hour. No evening life. Never make any lunch or dinner plans with your family or friends on a weekday. In high probability, you will not be able to make it for an unplanned meeting.
The average daily scrum meeting duration is 1 hour, originally scheduled for 15 minutes.
My boss always plays favorites. Performance evaluation is a joke. They make a decision first, then find the reasons. They get peer reviews off the record. Very political.
