Pros

I worked at the Edmonton office before it closed down. People there are great and understanding, especially my mentor and seniors. However, they unfortunately recently closed down to move offices to India.

Cons

The main product in this office is QuickBooks, and you work with some people from the Mountain View office. Overall, I thought my coworkers there were pretty nice, but some were pretty rude, especially to me as an intern. When I had something to say during the daily stand-up, the seniors from MTV were smirking and not paying attention.

I did not receive a return offer, and the recruiter did not reply to any of my questions about opportunities to return as a full-time employee. Even a rejection would have sufficed better than ghosting. Effective communication is lacking in this part.
