Great company, perks, and everything.
Worst team culture (MSE).
I had heard great things about Intuit prior to joining. Even as a part of Intuit, it's vastly recognized that this BU has very poor culture.
The managers work throughout the day and expect the same out of employees, with no work-life balance (WLB).
It's almost like this BU isn't even part of the same company.
Pretty standard interview process for a large organization. Went through one virtual onsite before the final 5.5-hour interview. Questions were all doable. Had some LeetCode medium and system design questions/scenarios. Overall experience was good
The process involves: * 1 hour for project implementation (depends on frontend/backend) for a situation. * 1 hour for team discussion on how to make it better. * 2 interviews, each 1 hour long.
Initial phone interview
