More communication between different orgs.
The process involves: * 1 hour for project implementation (depends on frontend/backend) for a situation. * 1 hour for team discussion on how to make it better. * 2 interviews, each 1 hour long.
Pretty standard interview process for a large organization. Went through one virtual onsite before the final 5.5-hour interview. Questions were all doable. Had some LeetCode medium and system design questions/scenarios. Overall experience was good
Face to face with manager and good exposure to current trends with emphasis on open source. The job requirement was a mix of .NET and Java technology, with CI/CD emphasis.
