Impactful benefits.
So much to learn from every team. Hustle environment. Top-notch work culture. Competitive pay.
Not too many cons, to be honest.
Pretty standard interview process for a large organization. Went through one virtual onsite before the final 5.5-hour interview. Questions were all doable. Had some LeetCode medium and system design questions/scenarios. Overall experience was good
The process involves: * 1 hour for project implementation (depends on frontend/backend) for a situation. * 1 hour for team discussion on how to make it better. * 2 interviews, each 1 hour long.
3 rounds in total: 2 with Karat and one with Intuit employees. Leetcode medium questions and a behavioral round. Feedback is quick between rounds, although this depends on the recruiter you're assigned to.
