Great work-life balance, good refreshers, and good teammates.
Compensation could be better. Pays relatively less than competitors.
Pretty standard interview process for a large organization. Went through one virtual onsite before the final 5.5-hour interview. Questions were all doable. Had some LeetCode medium and system design questions/scenarios. Overall experience was good
The process involves: * 1 hour for project implementation (depends on frontend/backend) for a situation. * 1 hour for team discussion on how to make it better. * 2 interviews, each 1 hour long.
I received an email from an Intuit recruiter who found me through LinkedIn. We had a 30-minute phone call, after which she transferred my case to another recruiter. The latter contacted me by phone and mentioned a possible technical phone interview
