Great employee perks (phone, food, electric car charging).
Good product vision and felt like a stable place to be.
Pretty standard interview process for a large organization. Went through one virtual onsite before the final 5.5-hour interview. Questions were all doable. Had some LeetCode medium and system design questions/scenarios. Overall experience was good
The process involves: * 1 hour for project implementation (depends on frontend/backend) for a situation. * 1 hour for team discussion on how to make it better. * 2 interviews, each 1 hour long.
There was an initial recruiter phone screen, followed later by the technical phone screen. The tech phone screen began with introductions. The interviewer wanted to know about my work and projects. I explained in detail, and there were no follow-up
