Round 1: 30-minute phone conversation with HR Round 2: Onsite interview * Step 1: 30-minute conversation with the hiring manager * Step 2: Coding challenge with a staff engineer Round 3: Onsite interview After completing Round 2, details for Roun
Recruiting is a mess here. I was given the wrong directions for on-site, and then I was ghosted. This was one of the worst recruiting experiences I've had. The interview staff was okay, but still left a lot to be desired.
Recruiter screen, tech screen, big day with craft, system design, AI assessment, and hiring manager. Covered quite a bit of ground and was a bit exhausting. Overall, it was very smooth with lots of questions and some learning experiences in exchange
