They have a nice office setup and food facility to keep an employee motivated.
They hire you with a different tech stack and ask you to work on entirely different things. While you learn and implement, they might come and say that you don't fit in our standard and fire you. There is a lot of politics your manager does.
Please don't be biased towards your old employee. You can't compare a 10-year-old employee with a 6-month-old employee.
