Pros

Cons

Huge emphasis on innovation, but little innovation really takes place.

Feeling stagnant at times.

Little ambition/drive from other employees to significantly revolutionize the tech industry.

Office cubicles are quite dry/traditional.

Advice to Management

There needs to be less overhead. Getting stuff done usually takes so much time because it has to go through many levels of hierarchy.

Also, much of the upper management is less technical, which makes it difficult to get things done efficiently. There are also too many meetings that aren't productive or needed.

If you can do something, do it and don't delegate. This isn't the way Intuit runs, which I believe is part of the reason why growth is slow and backed up.
