Career Growth: There are real opportunities to grow your career. I started as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, then moved into a Senior Data Science role, and am now a Staff AI Scientist. That progression shows how much the company invests in development and supports advancement when you’re willing to learn and take on new challenges.
Work-Life Balance: Work-life balance is truly respected here. Beyond flexible working, Intuit even gives us recharge days at the end of each year, during the holiday season (Christmas through December 31). These days really allow us to rest, reset, enjoy our time with our families, and start the new year energized.
People & Culture: I get to work with amazing and wonderful colleagues. The culture is diverse, supportive, and collaborative. Being surrounded by such talented and kind people makes a huge difference in day-to-day life.
The fast-paced environment may feel overwhelming at times, but it also provides constant opportunities to learn, grow, and make an impact quickly.
Organizational changes can sometimes be challenging to navigate, yet they often lead to new opportunities, innovation, and alignment with evolving business goals.
Thank you for creating an environment where career growth and internal mobility are real. Please continue to nurture that, as it makes such a difference for people like me who want to grow and explore new opportunities.
During times of change, the transparency and open communication really help — please keep leaning into that; it makes employees feel seen and supported.
And lastly, the focus on well-being (from flexibility to recharge days) is something I truly appreciate. I hope Intuit continues to protect and even expand these programs as the company grows.
