The package is good overall.
Great CEO and founder.
They preach about taking care of employees and living by core values, but do the opposite. They compromise on integrity when it is not convenient for them.
They completely screwed the team in one of the recent spin-offs. The upper management cut a deal in which they took care of themselves and left the lower rung with zero options. Very disappointing experience.
Group management is extremely incompetent. Lot of politics.
Identify key talent and make sure you nurture it. Don't hire incompetent leaders in upper management.
