Pros
  • Benefits are top-notch.
  • Many of the employees are awesome partners.
Cons

The frequent changes to upper management mean yearly changes to many large projects. Customer service is terrible, and you rarely find a representative that is properly trained or knows who has the proper information. While the company preaches its employee focus, it is not the case. As with any major company, they are only there for the almighty buck.

Advice to Management
  • Learn to guide your employees to success.
  • Listen to the employees, not the upper managers, when it comes to who is valuable.
