A recruiter reached out to me recently, knowing me very well from an interview with the company I did a few years ago that did not work out. I had kept in touch over the years. The recruiter thought of some openings that would be a good fit for me so

I was told that the interview process has changed recently, where a take-home project is given to candidates. If a candidate moves to the next stage, they will be called on-site. Intuit's technical folks and architects are smart and very friendly.

Call from recruiter. Scheduled interview. F2F rounds at Intuit Bengaluru office. It was a very long day, 9 am to 6 pm. Offer negotiation over call and email. I joined after 1 month. Overall, the process was seamless and they updated regularly.
