I applied online. The process took 2 months.

Screening call: General screening call about my profile, motivations to join IsoLabs
Take home tests: Two tests - one more focused towards data analysis (very relevantly focused on Biomedical ML, but doesn’t need the Biology experience), second more ML focused modelling task (again focused on Biology but quite generic)
Data Structures and Algorithms: Very similar to coding round at DeepMind and similar companies
Team Manager interview: In-depth tech dive into your projects, revisiting motivations to join the team
