I applied online.
My only advice is to not delay interviews and go through them as quickly as possible. I only had two rounds, and the third round was cancelled when I came for an interview because they had already hired another candidate.
What's particularly frustrating is that I paused all my other applications to better prepare for Iso and received no feedback on how I could improve my resume to qualify for other positions I applied for and was subsequently rejected.
