The process was rather chaotic. First, I received a rejection email, then an apology and the first 1-hour CV scan plus a few basic ML questions. Then, another CV scan plus some basic ML questions. There was no communication about what to expect during either interview, despite me asking a couple of times. Then, I was invited to the final round, which was better organized and communicated. This was a one-hour presentation of your choice, followed by three one-hour calls. Some interviewers hadn't joined the presentation, but rather asked generic ML and coding (recursion on a binary tree) questions. I have never heard back about the results – they either have no rejection policy or don't care about you as soon as they are no longer interested in hiring you.
