Pros: Large company. Lots of jobs inside. Comfortable workplace. Nice manager. Work from home, etc.
Cons: Not all teams in the company are well-formed. If you are placed in the right team, then you are lucky.

Pros: A good brand name to have on your resume. If you are targeting other big name companies, then it is a good name to have on your resume. I have heard back from companies like Google once I put their name on my resume.
Cons: Biased management which will give credit for your work to their own "Yes Men". Horrible work/life balance, missing something as basic as a library, and charging you even for a simple water bottle. They will expect you to work beyond your 40 hours on weekends as well, with no compensation or reward. However, they will flag you on other days even if you are 10 minutes late.
