Cons: The bank just gives meaningless titles with no real rewards. From all the businesses and companies it has acquired, the firm is failing to streamline things, thus making the working environment a headache. The hours are unreasonable, and your schedule is dictated by the business.

Cons: The very competitive finance industry causes disregard for technology by businesses. Offshoring has caused great cultural and professional gaps and sometimes leads to demoralizing the workforce. There is too much to be accomplished in a unit of time (a year, a month, a week, etc.). Fixed bid projects by contractors affect full-timers such that full-timers have to put up with sometimes questionable development practices and designs. There is too much competition at lower levels to get promotion.

Pros: Nice work environment. Good place to work.

Cons: Salary-wise, not that great.
