Phone interview, then onsite interview with the team. Some rounds had paired interviewers; sometimes there was a single interviewer. The questions were a mix of basic finance and programming questions. One should get familiar with options and swaps, basic pricing models for them, algorithm and data structure related questions, and also questions related to Java specifics, given that this is a Java role.
