Process

I was contacted by the scheduler for the first round of interviews. After that, four more rounds followed:

  • A telephonic interview with a VP.
  • A training delivery assessment in front of the team and through telepresence.
  • A panel interview.
  • A video round with a director.

I spent almost two weeks and gave back-to-back interviews, only to know a day before the final round with the Talent Development Director that the position had gone on hold. I was a bit disappointed with the outcome, considering the time spent and the rounds taken.
