QA Automation Interview Experience - Bengaluru, Karnataka

March 1, 2017
Negative ExperienceNo Offer

Process

The process was very well scheduled and not time-consuming.

I had two technical rounds, which were easy to crack, and one managerial round, which was also a very healthy discussion of approximately 30 minutes.

I was even selected, but after that, I was asked for an HR discussion, where I got to know in 5 minutes of discussion that the salary I was asking for was not within their bandwidth.

Anyone who reads this, please consider discussing salary before you reach the venue for the interview process.

Questions

  1. Agile: They will ask this for sure (Story Pointing and related discussion).

  2. Simple Java code of pattern printing.

  3. Framework Architecture (API mostly) - BDD they are most interested.

  4. Lisa (I don't know what this is, but it was asked multiple times).

  5. HashMap Architecture.

  6. Accessibility Testing.
