Process

  1. Got a call from a recruitment agency referring to an opening.
  2. Had a Level 1 telephonic interview.
  3. Had a Level 2 telephonic interview.
  4. Had a face-to-face personal interview.
  5. Had an HR interview to discuss salary and other details. Was told that the offer letter would be rolled out the same day.
  6. Got a call the next day saying a global interview would be conducted first.
  7. An interview with the Global Account Manager was conducted. The interviewer told me that he was satisfied and an offer would be soon rolled out.
  8. Got nothing for another week.
  9. On contacting HR, was told to wait for one week.
  10. After another week, still no word. On contact, was told that my offer had been put on hold and would be notified in a few days.
  11. In a few days, when contacted again, the HR told me that they would not be offering me.
