Process

  1. Telephonic screening
  2. F2F First round Technical
  3. F2F Second round technical
  4. Managerial round
  5. HR

Received a call from HR. They asked about my projects, technology, reason for change, and expected salary. The next day, I received an invitation email to attend a F2F interview.

I cleared the first round and attended the second round. I was told that "no more rounds are scheduled for today and HR will get in touch." However, it has been 15 days with no communication from HR.

I believe it should be moral and professional ethics to let the candidate know about the outcome of the interview. This is not expected behavior from a company like JP Morgan. I believe I am not the only one experiencing such behavior from HR. It was a waste of my time and my weekend.
