Was contacted by two different internal recruiters through LinkedIn, twice, six months apart. The standard template was "your profile matches, etc., etc."
I was sent a link to their ATS. I filled it out and waited two to three weeks for the recruiter screen. I received a call on the weekend with no heads-up.
The "modus operandi" was the same. The recruiter sounded stressed and had very poor communication skills. They were not able to tell me about the team, job, or compensation other than what was on the ATS.
Got an assignment of moderate difficulty at my level. I was told I had three days, and the clock started on the weekend. I submitted one day early and got ghosted. I had to check their ATS to see that I was "no consideration." This is after no response on email, LinkedIn, or the phone number for several weeks.
Not sure what is going on with the company. I interviewed at their competitors and had a much more positive experience.
