Very strange experience. The recruiter contacted me and offered a position for all levels but sent a job description for an entry-level position. I said that I have 15+ years of experience and am definitely not looking for entry-level positions. He assured me that this was not the case and the team is looking for all positions. I agreed to an interview, and what a surprise – my interviewer was an intern interviewing me for an entry-level position (or interviewing me for an architect position, I can't say). It seems that Chase people live in their own reality... I will avoid them in the future.
