Process

I had more or less 5 interviews.

The first, HR.

The 2nd, technical with a leader of team x (it wasn't the one the search was for) with difficult questions about cache, operating systems, threads, and a short English test, as well as how I would implement a Fibonacci.

The 3rd, so to speak, a test of a problem I had to solve and deliver within 48 hours.

The 4th, an interview with 2 people, a "boss" from India and a programmer from here, in English. I didn't understand anything the gentleman from India said. The questions were very complicated (all related to OOP) and a problem on the fly. The language didn't help.

The 5th interview, with a local team, there were no technical questions, but I talked about what they did and what I have done in my work life.

The 6th (sic), they sent me to do a psychometric test, but they didn't tell me how much I was going to be paid. It seems like a big mystery, they told me they would tell me after I did it, which displeased me because I had already spent a lot of time on all of this.

So I gave up and withdrew my application.
