First was an online test, pretty standard (I think SHL).

Then they called me for an on-site assessment centre.

Very polite and agreeable people.

First step was to prepare a presentation in 20 minutes about a provided case study.

Second was a group exercise where 5-6 employees/interviewers took notes while the candidates interacted and discussed.

Next came two one-on-one interviews, mostly personality, background, and motivation type questions like:

• mention a time where you had to act like a leader
• why JP Morgan
• mention a mistake you made and how you coped with it
• three of your strengths

Describe problems in a team and how you dealt with them.
