Was given a Skype/Zoom interview with basic/standard tech interview questions. Was asked detailed questions about what was used during an internship in terms of stack and libraries. It got to the point where the questions got so detailed I had to tell them it was 5 years ago since I did the internship and that I either didn't know or remember.

Turns out they didn't review my CV before the call at all and had no idea until I mentioned things to them.

Also, the person organizing the interview changed the date of the interview without saying anything to me at all. I spotted it in the last email they sent to me.

I never heard back from them at all, which seems like it was for the best since this was the worst organization skills I have ever seen in an interview process. The person I was interviewed by didn't know what the process was or anything about the role other than it was in Dublin and not America.
