Process

We were taken to a house next to the office. The atmosphere was very warm, and it seemed that they tried to reduce stress as much as possible. The interview itself had four stages.

You are given three problems to solve in 45 minutes, in pseudocode or code, etc. I didn't find them challenging, yet the time limit is quite small.

The second stage is a one-on-one discussion with an interviewer about your answers and design choices, along with a general discussion about technologies.

The third stage is a competency interview. I found this one to be the hardest, as it felt like the interviewer was looking directly into my soul. Read through the website of JP Morgan and their projects. It's going to go a long way.

The fourth stage is a group activity. You have 10 minutes to prepare and 30 minutes to do the task given. Hint: Track the time, remember the names of your colleagues, and include them in the conversation.

Overall, a very awesome experience.
