Process

Good things about the Interview:

  • Interviewer was on time.
  • Very organized way of scheduling the interview (Just like MAANG).

Bad things about the Interview:

  • There was some communication barrier because the interviewer wasn't comfortable with English.
  • The interview was supposed to be short, but the interviewer extended it.
  • When I was asked to explain a concept, I used simple examples, which made the interviewer not happy.
  • The interviewer was not very clear with the questions and changed the questions multiple times while I was solving it.
  • Never heard back from JPMC (nothing positive, nothing negative).
  • Didn't bother to answer my questions at the end and said, "You'll hear back with the feedback and further steps."

Questions

  • Basic Java & Spring questions
  • Technical Discussions
