Pros: I landed on a good team at the company. JP is constantly shifting, and new projects are opening and closing, offering lots of opportunities.
* Great place to start a career.
* Good work/life balance.
* Decent pay.
* Great benefits.
Cons: Tech dinosaurs that joined 20 years ago and are stuck in the past. (Lots of dead weight).
Office amenities are rare and cafeteria options are expensive.
Very slow to adopt new tech.
Way too much outsourcing and offshore hiring to keep salaries low.
Hard to find quality leadership or coworkers in the software development roles.
