I have always heard the hiring process is too bad at JP Morgan.
I got a call from the recruiter for the first telephonic round. I cleared it.
Then I was invited for a second round and followed by another round, which also went smooth. I was told HR would connect for the further procedure.
Though I didn’t get any further communication, I sent a mail to know if there’s any update. And the reply was: ‘After careful consideration, you are rejected.’
If the process is so carefully done, then in the first round itself, I should have been told that I don’t fit for the position. There’s no point in wasting working hours of a candidate on a weekday.
1st round: Technical questions like SQL query and Informatica.
2nd and 3rd round: Mostly project and implementation related.
