Pros: Competitive internship salary in the NYC area.
Opportunity to be exposed to senior management, including a lecture by the CEO himself.
Attempts at making the summer internship "fun," i.e., group events and outings.
Cons: A "work hard" not "work smart" environment. Too much time wasted on formalities and bureaucracy. The software development team is largely unbalanced, with one or two people carrying the majority of the workload.
