The recruiter called about the position. I secured an interview within two days. The interview was fun. I met with the VP of Development. The VP and I met for approximately 30 minutes. She asked very general questions and no technical questions. I then met with other developers on the team. The team asked a lot of technical questions. I got an offer the very next day.
