Terrible, demeaning process. You're given a link to complete an aptitude test first, then after that a link to a coding challenge. You record responses to your code and answer how you arrived at your answer. Keep in mind, you're not speaking directly to anyone, just your webcam. It's been two weeks of different tests and challenges, and I'm still yet to speak with anyone at the company.
