Software Engineer Interview Experience - United Kingdom

Process

I recently had an interview for a software engineer role. The initial interview was very nice, but the technical one was a complete opposite. Not only did it not follow the structure and curriculum of what was told during the initial one, but the interviewers seemed very cold and rude. Additionally, one of them kept making this “disgust face” look every time I struggled with giving an answer, which really puts you off when you think that they could be your teammates. I'm also pretty sure that at some point, one of the interviewers was looking at their phone instead of listening to me. So, I definitely did not enjoy the interview at all and it left an awful impression.
