Second interview was a 1-hour video call with the team leader and two team members. The team leader asked for my motivation and what I had done at my most recent experience to get a broad picture of my experiences and skill level. Then he left, and the team members gave me three simple programming tasks.

They concluded with behavioral questions and asked for my personal working preferences.
