After applying, I received an invitation to complete a coding assessment. It consisted of two HackerRank questions that were both fairly easy.

After this, there was a short call with a recruiter, then the "super day" interview.

The super day was 3 hours with 3 rounds. Each round was 45 minutes, with 15-minute breaks in between.

• The first round was another HackerRank coding assessment with two more questions of the same difficulty as the initial assessment.
• The second round was a system design question.
• The third round was a behavioral interview with a manager.

Given a system diagram and a common customer complaint, explain how you would solve the problem and what other improvements you would make to the system.
