I was contacted by a recruiter, who introduced me to another of their colleagues. This person seemed very skeptical and biased (gender, age, and race) from the start. It was a complete waste of time. They asked me a bunch of unnecessary questions instead of explaining the job roles. They showed no interest in my work experience while I was explaining.
It was more of an interrogation than a conversation. It seemed to me they were not interested in filling the positions.
