It was an on-campus interview that comprised of two brief rounds.

The first round was a technical round, which started with the interviewer asking me to tell about myself. After that, the interviewer described a problem statement and asked me to design a data structure that would be efficient for this scenario. He then proceeded by asking me to debate with him over why a Database is used instead of a File System. He was on the side of the file system and gave a bunch of reasons as to why he thinks a file system is enough for storing data. The debate didn't go well because I knew not much about the topic. Also, he wasn't expecting much from me since I had just completed my second year.

The HR round was like one of those typical rounds. He asked about my background, what my future plans are, and if I am planning to go for a master's degree in the future.

The interviewers in both rounds were friendly and assuring.

Overall, it was quite a pleasant experience.
