This is a great place for work/life balance
While JPMorgan Chase is a very big company, and managerial approaches differ, I have found that everywhere I have worked within the bank, the work/life balance has been very good. I have been able to take vacations, sick time, and other absentee days without being made to feel bad about it. Also, having the ability to work from home when necessary is a big plus as well, although this would not apply to all positions in the bank.
This is a very large company, and really good talent may be overlooked for a while and may take time to be recognized by upper management.
Keep your eyes on the future. Don't be afraid to intelligently embrace the benefits that new technology offers.

First, a take-home coding question with a time limit. LeetCode easy, I think. After that, a three-hour session. The people I spoke to were not really talking with me and only asking minimal questions, expecting me to fill up the rest of the time talk

The interview process was good, but there were six rounds. The technical rounds were good, but in the last two rounds, there were a lot of behavioral questions. The HR round is not done yet.

It was pretty straightforward, but do not keep your hopes high. You may go through multiple rounds, but that does not mean you have a better chance at getting the job. It's just that JP Morgan is so huge and its departments are all over the country.
