Was hired as a Recent Grad Applications Developer.
The company, as such, is good. The pay package and benefits for the location were good.
Nice and friendly co-workers.
Management was understanding most of the times.
I personally didn't find the job meaty enough, that too for a recent grad who is hungry for challenging work.
Too much bureaucracy and slow moving.
Technology is not the product; it's just considered as IT. So working on the tech side, which is not considered the product, means low exposure to the company.
People are really nice, but the problem is passion might be missing at times.
Please be more technology-focused and open towards open-source technologies.
There are challenging problems to be solved, but there are few people with the vision.
Please stop asking tech folks to wear fancy banker costumes to work.
Initial Screening by HR Technical Phone screening by hiring department - This will be a half an hour screening with questions covering programming and databases. On-site interview by tech team - Very comprehensive, goes through in-depth technical s
