Very well managed financially, but poor culture
Very respected firm, one of the strongest, and literally too big to fail. The pay is good, and the firm seems to be making money even when almost everyone else is struggling or losing money.
Poor culture with a toxic environment and a lot of politics. Many teams do not like to listen to and take input from newcomers or from other teams.
Improve the culture, make it more inclusive, and a true meritocracy, and stop promoting dead wood.
