There are no pros for this company. Horrible managers, horrible HR.
No respect for the health or well-being of the employees. No wonder people commit suicide in this company.
No effort to onboard new employees.
No mentoring.
Management had no vision to establish a good culture. It's all about delivering on-time. It doesn't matter what the quality is.
Very low-quality people get hired and stay. Some of these people end up causing too much politics to compensate their shortcomings as a person and professional. Management does not care about this. It's all about the corner/nicer office for them.
Get your shit together. Stop the grandstanding and big-bank words. Roll up your sleeves and solve the real problems. Your employees are not a herd of animals. Don't act so privileged.

The interview process was through HireVue. I completed the coding challenge and was then asked to submit my resume for the next round. I submitted my resume and never heard from them again. I find this very unprofessional and disrespectful.
