Good Work-Life Balance for Employees
Lot of Processes Unnecessary Bureaucracy Slower Growth
I applied online and a month later I got an offer to go to the assessment centre. The assessment centre had 3 stages: * A group task * A competency interview * A technical interview
It was online screening (submitting CV) -> pymetrics (a game test-based assessment) -> CodeVue (online 2 coding questions) -> final rounds (assessment centre before COVID). The questions were not difficult, LeetCode medium level.
The application process was fairly easy, where you submit your cover letter and CV. An invitation to complete HireVue came immediately after submission. There were 3 questions on HireVue. No numerical or logical tests were done.
