- Tech Groups with activities towards a particular technology.
- Shift towards more industry-standard tech positions to reflect other tech companies rather than generic titles like Associate or Vice President, which do not reflect titles like Software Engineer / Senior Software Engineer, etc.
- Improvements towards career paths for technologists.
Due to being a bank, there are more regulations and restrictions which limit what technology, software, plugins, etc. can be used.
