JPMC global brand name.
Good exposure to projects and standard benefits.
Extremely toxic ED leadership.
No respect for employees or families.
Denial of WFH despite company policy.
Micromanagement instead of real leadership.
No flexibility even for breaks.
Unfair and biased treatment in parking policies.
I worked in JPMC Noida under an ED whose leadership style is extremely unhealthy and demoralizing.
Although JPMC officially has a WFH policy, he outright denies employees the option to use it. He forces everyone to work 9 hours daily without flexibility. Even basic needs like breakfast, lunch, or restroom breaks require his permission, which is humiliating and unprofessional.
He does not focus on actual work delivery; his only focus is constant micromanagement. If an employee faces a personal or family issue, his response is, “This is not your matter, you are here to earn money.” He has even been rude when speaking about employees’ families, showing zero empathy or respect.
Parking is also supposed to be first-come, first-serve as per JPMC policy. But one day when he arrived late and found parking full, he got angry at employees and changed the rules, restricting parking only to certain employees because he drives a Mercedes, while others have “cheaper” cars. This shows his biased and arrogant behavior.

There are two technical rounds, each lasting 30-40 minutes. The next round was a coding test on the HireVue platform; the difficulty level was medium. Then an HR connect was done. The hiring process was a bit lengthy, almost taking over two months.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan (Tampa, FL) in March 2022. Interview conducted by 4 people. Mostly they were asking questions based on your experience. My major experience was in Java,
