You are expected to work well into the evening to support deployments. In one summer, I was working every other night well into the early AM.

You have to fight every day for your office seat. Because of this, teams get all mixed up. Even when we are all in office, we are always on Zoom calls.

Hold your management to account. You know what your staff want; don't kid yourself. If any JPMChase manager reads this, I want you to know that I really enjoyed working at Chase until you kept changing the deal on me. Stop slowly boiling the frog and pretending that was not what you were doing. Treat us like adults, not kids.
