Lots of freedom, growth is encouraged, great parental leave (paternal and maternal).
Not a remote-first company, though you might be allowed to work some extra days/weeks depending on your situation.
Initial HR phone screening asking about my experience with different cloud technologies. It asked about knowledge in AWS, Java, and Terraform, and technical experience at previous employments. It also asked whether I am okay with hybrid work or not.
First, a take-home coding question with a time limit. LeetCode easy, I think. After that, a three-hour session. The people I spoke to were not really talking with me and only asking minimal questions, expecting me to fill up the rest of the time talk
Received an email from HR for an interview. Interviewed by a Lead Engineer. HR mentioned it is a technical interview but no live coding; however, there’s live coding as well. It’s a very technical interview, so be prepared for DSA, OOPs.
